The event on Mon., Sept. 24 at the Ryman Auditorium will recognize the special honorees and non-televised winners from the ACM Awards, held earlier this year. Performers will salute the winners with musical tributes.

Dierks Bentley will host and perform, and producer Buddy Cannon will serve as musical director.

New To This Town features 12 songs, nine of which Brooks co-wrote. Brooks produced the album, and Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus co-produced the title track.

On Wednesday, Sept. 12, Brooks will perform “New To This Town” on ABC’s Good Morning America. “Bring It On Home,” the follow-up single to title-track “New To This Town,” was recently released to radio.

“Rain Is A Good Thing” was his 2009 single from his album “Doin’ My Thing,” and was a co-write by Luke with Dallas Davidson. It was his first number one single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” is from Luke’s latest album “Tailgates & Tanlines” and was another co-write by Luke and Dallas. The hit single was born out of Luke’s love for hip hop music, and the pair decided that country music needed more songs to dance to.
